Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage onboarding campaigns for new users.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and address issues.
- Deliver training and support to new users.
- Monitor user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams.
- Identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience, Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), Fluency in Hindi & Hinglish required.
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹35,00.00 per month.
