Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate staff.
Schedule and manage appointments and meetings.
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail.
Perform data entry and maintain records accurately.
Provide information about services and procedures.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Job Specification:
High school diploma; experience as a receptionist preferred.
Proficient in MS Office with strong communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹10,00 – ₹12,00/month.
