Job Description
Position: Dispatch Intern
- Dispatch Coordination: Manage scheduling and routing of drivers for timely deliveries.
- Communication: Act as the main point of contact for drivers, clients, and departments.
- Monitoring Operations: Track deliveries in real-time and resolve any delays.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
- Problem Solving: Address issues affecting dispatch efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensure operations meet company and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work with logistics, sales, and customer service.
- Performance Reporting: Generate reports on dispatch activities.
