Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers with technical problems when using our products and services. Responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
- Identifying customer needs and helping them utilize specific features.
- Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions.
- Resolving customer queries and recommending solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who can earn our clients’ trust and be familiar with help desk software.
