Qualifications:
Any Graduate/Undergraduate
Experience:
- U1: < 18 months in Customer Service (min 10 months in an international BPO with inbound experience)
- U2: > 18 months in International BPO customer service (handling telecom bill queries and resolutions)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
Schedule: US shifts, Day shift, Fixed shift, Weekend only
Pay: ₹18,219.11 – ₹21,960.98 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Performance bonuses
Requirements
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Basic Computer Skills
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
