Position: Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth activities.
- Manage patient calls and scheduling.
- Handle patient inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare performance reports and communicate with senior management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹28,00.00 – ₹32,00.00/month
Schedule: Day/Fixed shift
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in customer support and patient monitoring (Preferred).
Languages: Kannada and English (Preferred)
