Job Responsibilities:
- Handle personalized service requests from customers.
- Generate timely business Management Information Systems (MIS).
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements for the customer segment.
- Coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for customer account openings.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution within turnaround time (TAT).
