Job Description
Join Arihant Maxsell Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Service Coordinator to manage customer interactions and services across India. We welcome immediate joiners and those who can start at short notice.
Responsibilities:
- Handle issue tickets from initiation to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Schedule daily calls for the service team to complete tickets within TAT.
Qualifications:
- Any Degree/Diploma (Technical background preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service and coordination.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
Work Type: Full-time, Walk-In
Salary: ₹17,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
