Job Description
Qualifications:
- Education: M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Agronomy.
- Experience: 5-8 years in agronomy research and application.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, adaptive observational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of agricultural disciplines.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and analyze research findings across all agricultural disciplines.
- Identify priority research areas and develop significant Agri-inputs.
- Strong knowledge of biostimulants, biological control, irrigation, soil science, and bioherbicides.
- Transform research findings into practical solutions for the farming community.
- Lead research in sustainable crop cultivation techniques.
