Job Description
Position: International Customer Support
Company: Recrudo Labs
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Cab Facility: Available both ways
- Shift Timings: EU/Middle East/US/UK shifts
Experience Required:
- Minimum 6 months in International BPO voice
- Excellent Communication skills with US natives
- Computer and Internet knowledge
- Billing query knowledge
- Chat or mail process experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Versant Test
