Job Description
- Design and maintain automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure effective test coverage and resolve defects.
- Execute and monitor tests across ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD).
- Prepare test reports and maintain test data sets.
- Improve testing efficiency and recommend best practices.
Primary Skills
- Proficiency in JavaScript and test automation.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules and architecture.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD) preferred.
