Job Description:
- Prepare Pre & Post Shipping Documents
- Draft Proforma Invoice / Contract
- Coordinate with Production Head for container stuffing & dispatch
- Work with Custom Handling Agent for container allotment and shipment clearance
- Prepare Commercial Invoice, Packing List, COO, PHYTO, Draft BL confirmation, and other required documents
- Coordinate with Freight Forwarders/shipping lines for container booking and freight closing
- Understand LC and prepare documents accordingly
- Monitor and record all export shipments and deliveries
- Maintain both physical and soft copy export records
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,00.00 per month
Experience: 1 year preferred
