Job Description

Job Description:
- Responsible for making hotel reservations worldwide.
- Liaising with suppliers & hotels for room requests as per customer requirements.
- Providing sales support for hotel bookings for B2B and retail customers.
- Ensuring quality checks on each booking.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any graduate or diploma in IATA.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in hotel fulfillment division.
- Good knowledge of hotel terminology.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in UK shift.
