Job Role:
- Address customer needs regarding cash, Demand Drafts (DDs), cheque deposits, and general inquiries.
- Ensure speed and accuracy in transactions.
- Identify and explore additional business opportunities.
- Deliver a quality experience to promote customer retention and positive word-of-mouth.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in handling a Sales Officer profile.
- MBA or Graduate degree preferred.
