Job Description
Durocrete Engineering Services, a leader in construction material testing and Geo-Engineering, is seeking 2 Tele Callers (1 Male, 1 Female) to join our team in the Narhe Industrial Area, Pune.
Position: Tele Callers (02)
Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred
Salary: Rs 18,00 to Rs 20,00 CTC
Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM (6 days a week)
Education: Any Graduate
Skills: Good communication in English, Marathi & Hindi; proficient in computers, Excel, and ERP operations.
Job Responsibilities: Manage customer support representatives, oversee processes, resolve complaints, and ensure service quality.
