Job Description
Indie Labs Technologies is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Voice Process Representative. In this role, you will:
- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
- Contact customers to verify account information.
- Warmly greet customers and ascertain the reason for their calls.
- Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹8,086.00 – ₹34,228.88 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund
Schedule: Day shift, Monday to Friday
