Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound Calls: Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally while making calls to existing or potential customers for sales, promotions, or surveys.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales and Retention: Promote and upsell products/services, achieving sales targets and customer retention goals.
- Data Entry and Record Maintenance: Accurately log call details and update customer records in the CRM.
- Problem Solving and Escalation: Identify and troubleshoot customer issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹17,600.00 – ₹26,400.00 per month
Experience: 1 year preferred
