Job Description
Zensar Technologies is seeking a knowledgeable Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Moogsoft and Ayehu.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and applying event management concepts such as Event Aggregation, Correlation, Deduplication, Enrichment, pattern matching (NLP), anomaly detection, and trend forecasting.
- Designing and developing Moogsoft data models to support process integrations.
- Expertise in Moogsoft Workflow Engine, including Event Workflow, Incident Workflow, and Enrichment Data Catalogue.
- Comprehending Moogsoft event lifecycle and integrating event management systems with ITSM solutions like ServiceNow.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools/infrastructure and ITIL principles, along with ticketing processes.
