Job Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Capgemini. The ideal candidate will have:
Primary Skills:
- 5+ years of ServiceNow Development and Production support experience.
- Strong technical skills in custom solutions/applications development.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow instance upgrades and maintenance activities.
Secondary Skills:
- Initiative to investigate and resolve issues with stakeholders.
- Understanding of release, deployment, and change management processes.
