Job Description
Job Title: Customer Service Associate – Voice Process
Shift: US Rotational Shift (5 days working, 2 rotational offs)
About Us:
We are a growing international BPO focused on excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with inquiries.
- Record customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in an international BPO or fresh graduates.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Must be based in Mumbai; no outside applications.
- Comfortable working night shifts.
