Job Description
Job Brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to generate sales and maintain positive customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential or existing customers using scripts
- Answer questions about our services
- Close sales and understand customer requirements
- Update customer information in the database
- Meet sales targets and keep records of calls
Requirements:
- Proven telesales experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, and Kannada
- Ability to handle rejection and negotiate
- B.Com/BA or finance experience is a plus
Job Type: Full-time, Pay: Up to ₹400,00.00 per year
