- Extensive experience in Control-M Administration (version 9 and above).
- Strong understanding of Control-M Architecture and its components.
- Proficient in Control-M Server/EM/agents maintenance, installation, and upgrades.
- Knowledgeable in Windows, UNIX OS, and Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Control-M High Availability.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Able to conduct root cause analysis and work independently.
- Familiar with ITIL concepts and change management processes.
