Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Market knowledge of Payment Products and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Knowledge of NEFT, RTGS, Internal Transfers, IMPS.
- Process offline files through various systems.
- Understand accounting entries and settlement processes.
- Perform end-to-end control checks during processing.
- Efficiently reconcile Pool accounts and publish daily MIS to Senior Management.
- Liaise with IT for system issues and ensure compliance with SLAs.
- Provide effective customer service and manage escalations.
