Working Days: Monday to Friday (Night Shift)
Salary: ₹30,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment life cycle for US clients.
- Collaborate with Recruiting leads and hiring managers.
- Conduct interviews and document results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 1+ years in US Non IT recruiting.
- Comfortable with EST and PST shifts.
- Knowledgeable about US work visas (H1B, E3, TN).
- Excellent communication skills in English.
