Job Description
Location: Ambedkar Gate, Krishna Nagar, Delhi
Salary: ₹12,00 – ₹15,00 per month
We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive to enhance our team. Responsibilities include handling client communications, maintaining Excel records, and providing operational support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make and receive calls for inquiries and follow-ups.
- Update customer data accurately in Excel.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
Requirements: Minimum 12th pass, proficient in MS Excel, strong communication skills, and prior experience in customer service preferred.
Work Hours: Minimum 12 hours per day, flexible with breaks.
