- Graduate
- At least 1-2 years of experience, with 6 months in a customer service role; understanding of the call center industry is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flair for sales
- Flexible with scattered 8 week-offs in a month and 9-hour shifts
- Good listening skills and strong communication abilities
- Confident, eager to learn, with a positive can-do attitude and strong integrity
- Self-motivated team player who can quickly establish rapport with peers, managers, and customers
