Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Experience in program management, cost reduction ideation, and VAVE.
- Strong presentation skills and cost estimation are essential.
- Develop plans for ideation initiatives and workshops.
- Execute approved cost reduction proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Experience
10-20 years in the automotive industry.
Qualifications
B.E/B.Tech required; MBA or PMP preferred.
