Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Client Relationship Executive to join our team at Boldfuse. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Meeting with potential clients to assess the feasibility of prospective relationships.
- Maintaining regular contact with existing clients.
- Repairing disengaged relationships.
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments.
- Identifying our offerings to match client goals.
- Proposing solutions in consultation with clients.
- Encouraging upgrades and additional purchases.
- Addressing client concerns promptly.
- Collaborating internally to meet client needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
