Job Description
Summary: You will assist with the efficient operation of the kitchen, aligning with Hyatt International’s Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Working closely with the Chef de Cuisine, you will ensure maximum guest satisfaction through effective planning and management of kitchen operations.
Qualifications: Minimum 1 year as a Sous Chef or 4 years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel, preferably in luxury international brands. Kitchen Production or Management qualification is a plus. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and health standards is essential.
