Job Description
Summary:
You will assist in the efficient operation of the kitchen at Park Hyatt Chennai, in line with Hyatt International’s standards. This includes supervising your assigned section to ensure high-quality food preparation and professional service.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis. Experience in luxury hotels is preferred. Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health standards is essential, along with basic MS Office skills.
