- Champion continuous process improvement and quality service delivery.
- Lead efficient execution of process re-engineering and quality projects.
- Conduct process reviews to identify root causes of challenges.
- Have a thorough understanding of Financial Services operations.
- Perform change management planning and develop necessary assets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Design and lead workshops on process improvement projects.
- Provide coaching on Lean Six Sigma tools and methodologies.
