Job Description
Position: Support Analyst
Key Expected Achievements:
- Manage incidents, providing analysis, solutions, and status updates to users.
- Process service requests and inform users of their status until resolution.
- Analyze root causes of incidents and communicate findings for patch implementation.
- Utilize service monitoring tools and alert contributors to potential user impacts.
- Validate changes in production, informing users about potential impacts.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing feedback with development teams.
- Document lessons learned from activities for knowledge sharing.
