Job Description
Job Summary: The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, addressing inquiries, managing appointments, and ensuring a positive guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide patients and visitors.
- Patient coordination.
- Address guest concerns and ensure their satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

- Prior experience in a hospital is required.
