Job Description
ZealCross Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Collections Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities include negotiating payment plans, tracking overdue accounts, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with integrity.
