Job Description
Tekclan Software Solutions Private Limited is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join our team. Key responsibilities include:
- Billing and fixing appointments for customers.
- Attending incoming calls and transferring them as needed.
- Greeting patients and guiding them according to their requirements.
- Maintaining important documents in an organized manner.
- Ordering and updating stationery items.
- Coordinating with customers regarding messages and issues.
