Job Description
Manage inbound and outbound calls to effectively address customer and client queries. Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and promote additional products.
Build positive customer relationships and ensure satisfaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent. Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹22,00.00 per month.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, 2 years of experience, and knowledge of any 4 languages, including English and 3 Indian languages.
