Job Description
TATA MOTORS SERVICE CENTRE is seeking a dedicated Automotive Body Shop Advisor. The main responsibilities include:
- Receiving customer vehicles and raising repair orders.
- Providing detailed explanations and cost estimates for repairs.
- Updating customers on vehicle status and ensuring timely delivery.
- Managing warranty approvals and special orders for parts.
- Preparing invoices and following up on payments.
- Conducting post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹23,00.00 per month
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, Health insurance, Provident Fund.
Experience: 2 years required.
