Job Description
We are Zuper Hotels & Resorts, seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive/Receptionist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests
- Assist with check-in and check-out
- Provide information on hotel facilities
- Handle inquiries and arrangements
- Ensure accurate billing
- Coordinate with departments
- Respond to guest feedback
- Maintain a neat front desk
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent, Freshers welcome!
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹14,00.00 per month
Requirements: Bachelor’s, 1-year experience, Hindi and English preferred.
