Job Description

Job Role:
- Handle personalized service requests from customers.
- Generate timely business MIS.
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements for the customer segment.
- Coordinate with CPC/RPC/Investment desks for customer account openings.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure resolution within the turnaround time (TAT).
Job Requirements:
- Develop and maintain banking relationships with high net worth customers.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service orientation.
- Be courteous and polite.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Understanding of banking norms and processes.
