Job Description
Sansera Engineering is seeking a skilled Fixture Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess:
- Good understanding of jigs and fixture design principles.
- Sound knowledge in degree-of-freedom & 3-2-1 principle of fixture design.
- Working experience in 5th-axis fixture design.
- Thorough knowledge in GD&T and working knowledge on stack-up tolerances.
- Experience in jig/fixture design for machining and assembly processes.
- Complete understanding of engineering drawings related to machining processes.
- Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software, especially NX/AutoCAD for fixture/jig design.
- Working knowledge of machining processes prove-out.
