Job Description
Company: RAS MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT PVT LTD
Role Description:
- Client Handling: Interact with clients face-to-face and via phone, explaining services, and resolving issues.
- Client Servicing: Maintain relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
- Data Entry: Keep accurate client records.
- Calling: Reach out to potential clients and follow-up on leads.
- Reports: Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on time.
- Additional duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
- Experience: 1 year preferred, especially in customer service
- Languages: English preferred
