Job Description
Role and Responsibility: As an Inbound Customer Advisor at EyeTGlobal Pvt. Ltd., you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving issues. Strong listening, communication, and customer service skills are essential.
Qualifications:
- Moderate to Excellent communication skills
- Any HSC / Graduate
- Age: 18 – 30 years
- Freshers and experienced candidates (6 months+) are welcome
- Shift: Rotational day shift, one week off
Location: Aspee Enclave, Marve Rd, Malad West, Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,00 – ₹20,00 per month
