Job Description
We are seeking detail-oriented Reservation Agents to assist our guests with their booking needs at Zuper Hotels & Resorts. In this role, you’ll provide various planning and booking services, including answering customer inquiries, making travel suggestions, and processing room and ticket bookings.
To excel as a Reservation Agent, you must possess excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, and be knowledgeable about deals and savings available to our customers.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹11,264.30 – ₹27,865.79 per month
Schedule: Day shift
Experience: 1 year preferred
