Job Responsibilities:
- Create and implement production schedules and strategies.
- Ensure quality standards and address related issues.
- Oversee safe equipment usage and maintenance.
- Manage inventory and ensure availability of supplies.
- Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
- Prepare performance reports for management.
- Identify efficiency improvement areas and suggest solutions.
- Research and negotiate with vendors.
- Maintain 5S activities in the workplace.
