Responsibilities:
- Ensure successful order fulfillment and service delivery.
- Update the real-time status in the dashboard.
- Interact with customers and vendors to maintain operations.
- Handle objections and explain processes as needed.
Qualifications:
- Effective time management and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; South Indian language is a plus.
- Individual role player with a willingness to work in shifts.
