Job Description
Elite Business Solutions is hiring for the position of Customer Service Assistant in Viman Nagar, Pune.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding travel bookings (flights & hotels)
- Assist with ticket bookings, cancellations, and flight delays
- Resolve queries related to refunds and baggage
- Inform customers about flight details
Qualifications: Minimum HSC or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written).
Salary: CTC: 15K, In-hand: 12.6K plus benefits.
Work Schedule: 6 days working, rotational shifts.
