Job Description
Position: Assistant CS Executive
Experience: Fresher or 1 year experience
CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai
Job Description:
- Coordinate Board and Committee Meetings.
- Draft Annual Reports and Minutes.
- Maintain statutory books and registers.
- Liaise with regulators like ROC and SEBI.
- File statutory documents timely.
- Handle other secretarial duties.
Qualifications: Qualified/Semi-qualified CS; LLB preferred.
