Job Description
About us: Be Well is a chain of Small Giant Multi-specialty hospitals creating the most innovative healthcare infrastructure for small towns in India.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing HOD in delivering strategic objectives.
- Provide administrative services including diary management and booking meetings.
- Work closely with the marketing team and prepare briefing materials.
- Ensure timely and accurate correspondence and documentation.
- Coordinate departmental reports for Board meetings.
- Attend meetings and take minutes as required.
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹16,00.00 per month
Benefits: Provident Fund, Yearly bonus.
Requirements
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- No Criminal Record
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
- Good Communication Skills
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
