Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails.
- Knowledge of TAT, compliance, ticketing systems, and CSAT.
- Work on short SLAs and clear backlogs.
- Show customer empathy and ensure accurate assistance.
- Achieve productivity standards with speed and accuracy.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month

Schedule: Day and Night shifts available
Requirements
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Physically and Mentally Healthy
