Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide regular client updates on project progress.
- Resolve client complaints efficiently.
- Assist with the onboarding of new clients.
